General Conditions:
- Once the goods have been delivered, NO returns of any kind will be accepted except in the event that the product has a manufacturing defect, so it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the goods at the time of receipt.
- Fiubags is responsible for the goods up to the moment of delivery, either in the shop or transport and in no case will be responsible for any future event or lack of review at the time of delivery.
- The following causes are not considered manufacturing defects:
- Variation in fabric colour.
Variation in the thickness, grammage and/or composition of the fabric. - Variation in the reverse side of the fabric.
- Variation in the finish or tailoring on the edges of the fabric.
- Variation in fabric colour.
- In no case will returns be accepted where a sample of the product has been sent. If the sample has not been checked, it will be taken as acceptance.
- In order to proceed with the return due to a manufacturing defect, you must contact us through the same means by which you placed the order, attaching clear and photographic evidence showing the defect. It is important to note that the products must be returned in full and not in instalments.
- The period to make your claim is two calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, after this time Fiubags assumes that the product has no defects and will not accept claims.
- In the event that the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect, you will be refunded the full amount of the product through the same payment method you used to place your order within 5 to 10 working days after the product is received.
- There will be no cash refund for personalised products.
- For products with personalised designs there will be no refunds.
- In the case of mouth covers there will be no refunds as they are products for personal use and sanitary application.
Cancellations:
Once you have paid for your order, you will have up to 24 hours to request a cancellation with a 100% refund of the amount paid, provided that the product has not already been shipped to its destination or collected by the customer by any means. After this period and prior to the shipment of the product, any cancellation will generate a charge of 20% of the total amount of the invoice for administrative expenses. In both cases the refund will be made within a period not exceeding 10 calendar days through the means of payment in which the purchase was made.
The product or products requested to replace the original order are subject to availability at the Fiubags Distribution Centre; therefore, no changes will be made for products with a current promotion or if the product is discontinued.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must not show signs of use, be in the same condition in which it was received and be sent in its original packaging. Once the date of receipt of the product has been confirmed by the parcel service, the customer will have a maximum of 2 calendar days to request the return. In all cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
In the event of not sending a pantone number (design colour), the same will be done as close as possible to the sample design, without FIUBAGS being responsible for variations in the tone. In cases where the Pantone number has been sent, even a slight variation must be considered, which derives from the ink and the material to be printed.
Once the sample design has been sent and confirmed by the customer there will be no changes to the design.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email / whatsapp message to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (where applicable)

Return by shipment:
To return your product, you must send them to: Carretera vía corta km 9 direction Puebla to Santa Ana Chiautempan, Tenancingo, Tlaxcala, C.P. 90880, Mexico.
The customer will be responsible for the payment of the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes to receive the exchanged product will depend solely on the courier company, so it may vary significantly.
If you are sending a product with a value greater than $75.00 (Seventy Five Pesos), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Fiubags cannot guarantee that your return shipment will be received.
